We’re here! The weather dictated an early departure from Port Arthur. A South Westerly blow in Storm Bay might have speeded up the trip from Cape Raoul but getting to Cape Raoul would have been most unpleasant. At the Irom Pot we nearly bumped into Chakana, from RBYC. They were having a few days at Port Arthur whilst awaiting the start of the Van Diemans Land Circumnavigation. Prince of Wales Bay Marina could accept us early. This meant hat Kathy and Allan could have a day in HOBART before they depart today and I could have a massive washing and fridge defrosting day.
Sorry we missed you in Hobart. We’ve been looking through our photos of the Parade of sail on Friday, now we know what to look for, but haven’t spotted you yet.
Have a great trip back. Are you heading for Port Davey on the way?
Rod & Sue.

We were tucked up in a marina berth for the parade, watching from the sidelines! Mucking around in and around HOBART and the channel for 6 wks then heading home. CU in Melbourne
